Community Safety Standards

Vyara has a zero-tolerance policy for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). This includes, but is not limited to:

• Any sexual content involving minors, including images, videos, audio, drawings, animations, or text.
• Grooming, solicitation, or any attempt to communicate with a minor for sexual purposes.
• Sharing, requesting, or linking to child sexual abuse material (CSAM).
• Sexualized comments, compliments, or descriptions about minors.
• Encouraging or instructing others to engage in CSAE-related behavior.
• Using Vyara to arrange, facilitate, or advertise contact that could lead to child exploitation.

Any account found violating this policy will be permanently banned, and we will report illegal activity and relevant user data to appropriate law enforcement and child safety organizations, including the National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal (India) and the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) where applicable.

Vyara is intended for adult women (18 years and older). We do not allow minors to create accounts or access the platform. During onboarding, we verify identity through photo and AI-assisted video verification to help ensure every member is an adult woman.

If we discover an account belonging to a minor, we will immediately terminate the account and delete associated data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

• Identity verification: AI-assisted photo and video verification helps confirm that users are adult women.
• User reporting: Members can report inappropriate content, profiles, messages, or events directly within the app.
• Moderation review: Reports are reviewed by trained moderators and admins.
• Automated safeguards: We use technical measures to detect and block harmful content and suspicious behavior.
• Law enforcement cooperation: We cooperate fully with legal authorities investigating abuse or exploitation.

If you encounter content or behavior that violates our safety standards — including anything that appears to involve a minor or CSAE — please report it immediately:

• Use the Report option on profiles, posts, messages, events, or groups.
• Email us directly at safety@vyara.community.

For emergencies or immediate danger, please contact local law enforcement first.

Violations of these safety standards may result in:

• Removal of offending content.
• Temporary or permanent suspension of the offending account.
• Permanent banning for severe violations, including any CSAE-related activity.
• Reporting to law enforcement and relevant child protection organizations.

We reserve the right to take action without prior notice when necessary to protect the safety of our community.
